In the unlikley event you have received the wrong product please email our customer support team at suport@shoppadirect.com.au and provide a photo of the product received and the label on the packaging so that we can send out the correct product to you as quickly as possible.  

Please do not attempt to return the incorrect product until we have issued you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and the correct return address.
