My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please notify Shoppa Direct at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your order to make a valid claim.
Please provide your order / invoice number and a detailed description of the damage and attach a digitally date marked photo of the damaged goods and damaged packaging in order for us to process your claim. Please also indicate if you are claiming a refund or product replacement.
If only a certain part is damaged and you have a product parts guide please indicate which part is damaged and forward to us.
Unfortunately a refund or replacement can not be provided if goods have been accidentally damaged or it is evident that the damage was not caused in transit.
Please do not attempt to return the damaged product until we have issued you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and provided the correct return address.
