If a part is missing or broken, Shoppa Direct can sometimes source replacement parts. Please contact us at support@shoppadirect.com.au and provide a copy of the assembly instructions indicating which part is missing or broken.

In the event that we can not source the replacement part we may provide a product replacement or an appropriate discount depending on the circumstances.
