Free Shipping

Shoppa Direct offers free shipping on the majority of our products within Australia.

Certain products may have a shipping charge depending on where they are sourced and the delivery location. If free shipping is not indicated on the product page, the shipping rate can be viewed using our shipping calculator before checkout. However we try our best to keep shipping charges to a minimum wherever possible.


Dispatch Times

Products are dispatched on weekdays from multiple warehouses located in the eastern states of Australia. Generally products are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days of placing an order. However occasionally this can take up to 3 business days. 

Due to the automation of our ordering system, once an order has been placed it is often not possible to prevent an item from being shipped, so please be careful when placing an order as it is often not possible to cancel after it has been placed.


Shipping Times

If you live in the metro areas of Sydney or Melbourne you will usually receive your order within 1 week of dispatch and if you live in or near to other capital cities in Australia you will usually receive your order within 2 weeks of dispatch.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Items that weigh less than 22kg will be dispatched by either Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or Couriers Please. Items weighing more than 22kgs are normally dispatched with either Allied Express or Toll if under 30kgs.      


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you the consignment tracking number(s) to your contact email address so you will be able to track your order on the carrier's website. You can also retrieve your tracking number by clicking on 'Track Order' at the top of our webstore and entering your order details or by logging in to your account.

Please note that the expected delivery time provided by the carrier is a guide only and may vary for several reasons.

If you purchase more than one product at a time you will receive a tracking number for each product.


Delivery Arrangements   

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is present to sign for products at the delivery address. If you or a family member are not available to sign for delivery on the delivery date an alternative would be to arrange delivery at your place of work where a colleague can sign on your behalf. We do not advise authorising the carrier to leave the goods without a signature in case the goods go missing after delivery.

If no one is available to sign for delivery, the carrier will normally leave a notification card with details on how to collect your goods or arrange redelivery. Most of the carriers we use, with the exception of Allied Express do not charge for the first redelivery attempt, however it is best to check on the carriers website in case their policy changes. 

If you purchase goods for someone else as a gift, please ensure that they are aware of the delivery to avoid parcel rejection. Please note that a redelivery charge will apply if goods have to be resent after being rejected.

Unfortunately it is not possible to arrange your own pickup or drop-off at our warehouses.

We can deliver to most locations in Australia, however unfortunately there are some post codes which we can not arrange delivery. Please refer to the undeliverable post codes listed below. We also do not deliver to PO Box's.
